POLICY

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-48hr processing period. Once the processing period clears your business days begin. Once your order is shipped, you will then receive a tracking number to the email provided. USPS shipping takes 1-3 business days giving you a total of 5-7 business days. Please be advised that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All hair is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Hair products can be exchanged not refunded. Hair products can be exchanged within 14 days.
